Here is what a first appointment usually looks like, from scheduling through the time you leave. We can adjust as needed along the way.

New Client First Visit

A full 90-minute first session for $155.

For new clients, with time to arrive, talk through your goals, and settle into personalized care. The 90-minute visit gives us room for that conversation and massage shaped around you.

Before you arrive

Everything you need beforehand.

You will receive details about location, timing, pricing, policies, what to wear, and how to prepare. The intake form covers the health information I need to provide safe massage.

Arrival and intake

A few minutes to connect.

We’ll talk through your goals, pressure preferences, draping, areas to include or avoid, and anything that would help you feel comfortable. Only information relevant to massage safety is needed.

During the session

Consent stays active.

You can ask for more or less pressure, request a change, pause, or end the session at any time. Silence and conversation are both welcome. I will only work on the areas we agree on together.

Afterward

Time to reorient.

You will have time to get up slowly and reorient before leaving. I may share a simple observation or at-home option connected to your goals. Rebooking is always optional.

If it feels useful, you may also choose a card from one of my reflection decks and photograph it to carry the prompt with you into the days ahead. This is entirely optional.

Payment & gratuity

Simple and unobtrusive.

As a new client, you may prepay when booking or pay after your appointment; a card on file is not required for your first visit. Returning clients are required to keep a card on file for future appointments. With your approval, that card can be charged after you leave. Your receipt will be emailed, and gratuity is never expected.

  • Ask what will happen before it happens.
  • Keep clothing on or choose the level of undress that feels right.
  • Name areas you do not want touched.
  • Change your mind during the session.
  • Request quiet, conversation, warmth, or another adjustment.
  • Pause or end the session at any time.
