01 · Booking and payment
Booking and payment.
Current prices, cancellation terms, late-arrival policies, and payment requirements will be displayed before you confirm an appointment.
Payment
New clients do not need to place a card on file to book their first visit. Returning clients are required to keep a card on file to reserve future appointments. You may prepay, or with your approval, a saved card can be charged after your visit. Any charges are handled according to the cancellation and no-show policy below.
The listed price is the complete price. Gratuity is never expected.
02 · Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are ordinarily charged 50% of the session fee. Missed appointments may be charged the full session fee. Illnesses and emergencies will be considered individually.
Online changes are unavailable within 24 hours of your appointment. Please contact The Home Within directly if you need to cancel or reschedule during that time.
03 · Health and illness
Massage should be appropriate that day.
Please share health information relevant to safe massage, including recent procedures, injuries, contagious illness, or changes since your intake. A session may be adjusted, postponed, or referred when massage is not appropriate.
04 · Consent and draping
Your choices remain active.
Areas of focus, pressure, positioning, and draping are discussed before the session. You may request a change, pause, or end the massage at any time. I will only work on the areas we agree on together.
05 · Professional conduct
Massage is professional and nonsexual.
Sexual comments, requests, gestures, or behavior are not permitted and may result in the immediate end of the session. I am committed to respectful language, appropriate boundaries, and professional conduct at all times.
06 · Scope and privacy
Responsible care has limits.
Massage does not diagnose or treat disease and does not replace medical or mental health care. Personal information is collected only as needed for scheduling, communication, and safe massage, and is handled with care.
